Daily Chinese Proverb: To Fish in Troubled Water

This Chinese proverb describes someone taking advantage of a confused situation. It is similiar in use to 趁火打劫 (to loot a burning house.)

浑水摸鱼
hún ​shuǐ ​mō ​yú​
to fish in troubled water

    炭 Charcoal

    Imagine you have to deliver charcoal to someone to keep him warm during heavy snow fall.
