The World record for amount of people simultaneously performing Taichi was smashed last night, the anniversary of the Beijing Olympic opening ceremony. Almost 34 thousand people from all walks of life gathered at the bird's nest for a 6 minute taichi performance.The 33 thousand, 9 hundred and 96 people performed taichi at the 'Bird's Nest' National Stadium.
